Bleach: Hell Chapter is the 4th Bleach movie. It is scheduled for release in December 4, 2010. The movie will be set in Hell and featured a fully hollowfied Ichigo. Kubo has stated that he has been involved from the planning and scenario stage.

Bleach: The Hell Verse (BLEACH 地獄篇 Burīchi Jigoku-Hen^?) is the fourth animated film adaptation of the anime and manga series Bleach. Directed by Noriyuki Abe. The film's theme song will be "Save The One, Save The All", performed by T.M.Revolution and its screenplay is written by Natsuko Takahashi and Ookubo Masahiro, with Kubo Tite, author of the manga, himself overseeing the production. The film was released in Japanese theatres on December 4, 2010. A prologue for the film, titled Theatre Opening Commemoration! Hell Verse・Prologue, was included in season 14 of the animation series and included in the regular TV Tokyo schedule, which aired on November 30, 2010. A promotional manga chapter, titled Imaginary 01: The Unforgiven, was published showing Shuren confronting Szayelaporro Grantz and Aaroniero Arruruerie in Hell.

Plot

When the gates of Hell appear in Karakura Town and strange spirits called The Sinners of Hell escape, Rukia Kuchiki and Renji Abarai are sent to investigate. Ichigo Kurosaki's family is targeted by the Unforgiven, who are led by Shuren, and his younger sister Yuzu is abducted. An Unforgiven named Kokutō saves Karin Kurosaki from being abducted as well, and convinces Ichigo to accompany him and the Soul Reapers to Hell to save her. When in Hell, it becomes apparent that Shuren wants to use the power of Ichigo's Hollow form to destroy the gates of Hell and conquer the World of the Living, and Ichigo is advised not to use his Hollow mask lest he lose control. Ichigo, Rukia, Kokutō, and Renji confront Shuren and the Unforgiven, and it is eventually revealed that Kokutō is the true leader of the Unforgiven and the one behind Yuzu's kidnapping. Kokutō goads Ichigo into hollowfying and uses Ichigo's power to break down the gates of Hell. Ichigo later undergoes a transformation, becoming covered in bones, and confronts Kokutō with the powers of Hell.
